Nicole and Joby’s Winter Wonderland Maternity Session | Albuquerque Maternity Photographers

Nicole and Joby have been part of the Maura Jane Photography family for a while now. Nicole’s sister Monique hired us to shoot her wedding, (which you can see here, along with our trendy and timeless styled shoot featuring her and her dapper husband TJ here), which is where our relationship with this couple began! We’ll be shooting Joby and Nicole’s sure-to-be gorgeous wedding in June, and you can see her drool-worthy bridal portraits here as well.

So when the pair announced their pregnancy, we knew we had to do their maternity session! Maura shot these back in December, when there was still plenty of dazzling snow to turn the scenery into a winter wonderland… and the resulting photos were just as breathtaking as we thought they’d be! Honestly, we can’t even tell who’s glowing more: the sun’s rays reflecting off the frost or Nicole herself. (We’re pretty sure it’s the latter, though!) We chose to do it at one of the best places to take family photos in Albuquerque— the foothills of our beautiful Sandia Mountains.

Congratulations to this sweet couple, and thank you for involving us in every step of your love story! We absolutely cannot wait for your wedding, and we are so excited to see little Ella Reese… maybe even as a flower girl!
