Sean proposed to Tori an a cold winter day at the beautiful Los Poblanos. After talking a stroll around the historic grounds, Sean got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. We soon learned that the room she was getting ready in for her wedding day was the same room Sean booked the night they were engaged. We just loved the farmhouse room with its tall ceilings and beautiful canopy bed. It was the perfect place for Tori to get ready. Tori was the picture of elegance with a long sleeve Mikaella gown with illusion sleeves and back, finished with victorian buttons all the way to the floor. Her hair was swept back in a classic and romantic bun as she held a large bouquet of peonies and roses between her hands.
We lead Tori to where her soon to be husband was waiting for her. As Sean stood under the pomegranate trees, Tori made her way to him, tears of joy streaming down her face. After drying each others tears, they followed us around the property for some photos of just the two of them. Some couples don’t need to be told when to hold each other, or when to kiss. Tori and Sean were one of those couples. They were naturally so affectionate, all we had to do was stand back and capture it.
Tori and Sean decided to have a small guest list, and opted out of having a bridal party. Their ceremony was very intimate with around 20 guests. Most of whom traveled from the other side of the country to attend. Tori’s step dad officiated after her brother walked her down the aisle. Sean’s daughter helped the couple light their unity candle, and other family members presented readings.
After the ceremony guests followed the couple to cocktail hour, while the planner rearranged the ceremony space into a gorgeous and personal dinner party. A long farm table was dressed with beautiful lush garland and candles with touches of gold and navy. It was exactly as Tori had envisioned. The night ended with a beautiful sparkler send off as everyone hugged and wished the couple years of happiness.
We are so happy for Tori + Sean. The day was so full of love and we were honored to be a part of their intimate day.
