Rebecca and Nathan both had their friends set up Tinder accounts for them, and though they didn’t want to use them, they gave it a try and luckily ended up finding each other. Rebecca joked that Nathan was “super sweet and not creepy,” so she decided to give him a chance as well. They met at Marble Brewery, which was ideal for them, as they both are big fans of sports, local beers, and the outdoors. Two and a half years later, the pair has decided to tie the knot!
While they met here in Albuquerque, Rebecca is originally from Houston. The pair lives with their two furbabies, TJ (hers) and Gemma (his), whom they both had before they began dating. Their love of animals is one of the things they really connected over, and we were of course over the moon when they opted to include them in their engagement shoot! (They even brought adorable signs for them!)
Furthermore, we also died when we heard the story of how Nathan proposed, as… it involved the dogs! This past Easter, the couple awoke in the morning and were cuddling with their dogs before their church service. Gemma was being extremely snuggly, and it was then that Rebecca noticed the ring dangling off the Pit Mix’s collar. As soon as she saw it, Nathan asked her to marry him! She noted that it was absolutely perfect for them, as it encompassed not only their love for each other, but their four-legged children as well.
Scroll down to see all the autumn gorgeousness as the couple twirls in the leaves, strolls across the glowing lawn, and poses with their picture-perfect pups!
