Phillip and Cayla have known each other for years. They ran in the same circle in high school, but it wasn’t until they reconnected later in life that the couple would finally became an item. While dating, Cayla won a trip to Cabo through work. Phillip realized this was the perfect opportunity to propose and he got in touch with a travel agency to help plan the whole thing. The couple had dinner reservations one evening, with Phillip having plans to propose that night at the beautiful restaurant. But Phillip worried that their plans may have to be cancelled due to poor Cayla getting really seasick on a snorkeling trip. The plans commenced, as Cayla was feeling better, and the restaurant had set up a table for two on a cliff overlooking the ocean. On this grassy area, with the sea in the distance, Phillip got down on one knee and asked Cayla to be his wife. Phillip still jokes to this day that she got a proposal straight off of the Bachelor TV Show.
Cayla and Phillip decided on the stunning Casa Rondena for their wedding. They were married underneath the large cottonwood trees with the small pond behind them. They had an arbor made of beautiful pink and red flowers that hung to the ground and performed a sand ceremony during their vows. Guests enjoyed local wine while they sat at an arrangement of wine barrels and round tables as they took in beautiful view of the vineyards. It was so obvious that family was very important to Cayla and Phillip. Family were a part of each moment of the wedding day and even were huge contributors to the beautiful decor.
The evening commenced with a sparkler exit as loved ones bid the newlyweds adeiu. Congratulations Cayla and Phillip! We are so excited for you and wish you many years of happiness.
