Back in June, we wandered the gorgeous grounds of Los Poblanos with our stunning bride Ashley in tow, taking some of our favorite bridal portraits to date… and we have been dying to share them ever since! Being as Ashley and Seth’s wedding date has since come and gone, we can finally gush over them.
Ashley wore a Maggie Sottero dress (that made her look like a straight up princess fresh out of a Disney movie), and her beautiful bouquet was designed by none other than the very talented Floriography.
To begin her session, we started in front of Los Poblanos’s iconic pink wall— one of our favorite places to do portraits due to the soft, feminine images it produces. From there we led her into the lush garden, which was bursting with blooms, petals, and all things green. Before ending in the farm’s famous lavender fields, we made a quick stop in front of the library doors, who’s clean, white color popped delightfully since it was rimmed with ivy.
We here at Maura Jane Photography absolutely adore bridal sessions, (you can find our posts on why HERE and HERE, along with this bridal session inspiration post HERE), and we are so glad Ashley wanted to do one. While it’s traditionally a southern tradition, it’s growing incredibly popular in our neighboring state of Texas, and we hope to see the trend gain traction here in New Mexico as well. We highly recommend booking a bridal session, (check out the aforementioned links for all the benefits of doing one), but keep scrolling to see the breathtaking results.
