Intimate Four Seasons Santa Fe Wedding | Christina + David

Christina and David meet at the small office where they both worked in, and would find excuses to talk to each other almost every day. They had been talking as friends for a whole year before they realized that they had feelings for each other. As they talked, they also realized that actually has so many moments in their lives where their paths almost crossed! For example, they grew just blocks away from each other, David would have Friday lunches at the same Dion’s that Christina worked at, and they both hung out in the same places but never met. They even went to the same middle school years apart, and they both dropped a can of blue paint on themselves in the same shop class and were both in 7th grade when it happened! Fate destined these two to be together.

They decided to tie the knot in an intimate and romantic setting at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe. Christina picked a stunning Maggie Sottero gown with a gorgeous cathedral veil embordered with pink blossoms. Her bouquet was adorned with her great grandmother’s diamond broach which she received it from her husband as an engagement present in the 1920’s!

When their day finally came, their outdoor ceremony and reception was threatened to be moved inside by a rainstorm. While most other brides would be stressing over the rain, Christina, a New Mexico native, watched the skies calmly and knew that the rain would pass in time for her to walk down the aisle to David. And she was right!

Their ceremony was simply stunning. From the gorgeous flower arch to the live cello music by Ryan Smith, it was something out of a Pinterest dream board. The cocktail hour and dinner reception continued their intimate and romantic theme, and even featured little figurines of their two dogs and cat on top of their cake. In short, we absolutely loved the time we spent with this beautiful couple and wish them all the best!
