Bethany and Josh met at work. After being her coworker for a bit, Josh knew he needed to be more than that, and he went out on a limb and asked her to accompany him to church. Since Bethany was a woman of faith herself, this meant a lot to her, and their love story bloomed from there.
Their wedding took place last Saturday at Hotel Parq Central, a venue that has quickly become one of our favorites since the start of COVID. In the small courtyard, surrounded by friend’s and family enveloped in the New Mexican sun, they exchanged their sweet vows, all while never breaking their loving eye contact.
With the day being slightly inspired by an English tea party, Bethany and the flower girl had an the most delicate white lace gloves, and even had their own dainty white lace parasols to match. The signs on the tables were custom acrylic, and there were even matching name pieces on the drinks. We died when we saw that she had included our names in those table settings!
Her colors were ivory with accents of emerald, resulting in an incredibly elegant affect, and also making Bethany’s red hair pop. Furthermore, we were super excited to be working with jewel tones, especially with fall having newly arrived.
The adorable wedding topper on their cake was actually the first thing they bought for their wedding, which we thought was so sweet, and we also couldn’t get over how it was beautifully adorned with figs! Her cascading bouquet matched her colors: white roses and blooms, accented by simple but stunning greenery. It was incredibly obvious to us throughout the whole day just how in love these two are. The posing came so easy to them, being as they were just super affectionate all on their own. We barely had to direct them at all!
Congratulations, you two, we wish you nothing but the best as you continue writing your love story!
