Alexa + Daniel | Hotel Parq Central Engagement Session

For this engagement session, Alexa and Daniel chose the beautiful Hotel Parq Central. Originally, the couple had decided on the Santa Fe Opera to be the location of their photos, as that was where Daniel proposed and is a location near to their hearts; however, the New Mexican wind persisted, and won, every time we tried. Thankfully they were able to sneak in a mini session for their Save the Dates, and you can view the stunning snowy shoot here: Alexa and Daniel’s Winter Session.

Having graduated pharmacy school at UNM together, the couple became interested in Hotel Parq Central’s medical history, along with the hotel’s uniqueness and exquisite architecture. The couple was eager to finally take their photos, and were kind and gracious enough to let us drag them all over the property and beyond: they kissed outside the gate as we threw rose petals on them, snuggled on the romantic balcony like a real-life Romeo and Juliet, let us stop them in the street to snap just the right picture in front of strangers’ gardens, and then enjoyed drinks on the rooftop bar as we rearranged the lounge furniture, dodged other customers, and helped Maura balance on a chair.
