Jordan + Brett | An Engagement in The Seaport District, New York City

Jordan and Brett are going to be married in New Mexico, but since the couple met in NYC and with both Jordan and Brett working on Wall Street, they wanted their session to truly reflect them… so what better place than the Big Apple to do their photos?!

We started on Wall Street, as a homage to their careers, along with the close proximity of their work places being the reason they met and began dating in the first place. Plus, it was an awesome place for pictures! Then we snapped away even more photos as we walked to our next spot: The Seaport District, with the iconic skyline of Brooklyn directly across the water, made even better by the Brooklyn Bridge being directly to our left. They snuggled and embraced in front of the historic 1908 lightship Ambrose, before moving onto a location with an ever better view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The session ended with some adorable, and must-have, New York cafe photos as the couple leaned across the table to steal kisses.

We’re so glad we had the opportunity to meet up with this precious pair in their stunning stomping grounds, and we can’t wait to shoot their wedding come March!
