Vibrant Hyatt Tamaya Wedding | Arielle + Colin

There is just so much to love about Arielle + Colin’s wedding at the beautiful Hyatt Tamaya. The day started in the VIP suite where Arielle sipped out of her sparkly rhinestone bride cup getting her hair and makeup done while we captured photos of her blinged out Mach and Mach heels and glittery Hayley Paige gown. She decided to wear her hair down with classic Hollywood waves paired with a center part… a bridesmaid said she was channeling Kim K … which we agree, but Arielle rocked it so much better!

Arielle shared a first look with her dad, before her first look with Colin and their adorable Bernedoodle, Stan. Rain threatened to ruin the beautiful day, but it could not ruin Arielle’s upbeat positive attitude. After the first look, the clouds opened up to allow us to do couple and bridal party portraits with the Sandia mountains looking vibrant and blue in the background. The flowers by Floriography looked stunning with colorful pops of orange, pink and purple everywhere in sight from the beautiful bouquets to the arbor that stood behind the couple while they said I do.

One of our most favorite parts of the day was that the couple chose to do confetti canons to celebrate their union as they were announced husband and wife. (So much better than sparklers!) Almost trumping their ceremony exit however, was their reception entrance with the adorable donkeys Eeyore and Donk, as they did a tequila shot to kick off the party. The couple met in NYC so they had little nods to the city in which they fell in love throughout the wedding. The escort sign had the NYC skyline and tables were named after different locations in the city that the couple love like Bryant Park and Madison Square Garden. In addition to yummy cake, there was New York Cheesecake for guests to enjoy while they sipped champagne and toasted the newlyweds.

I must wrap this up by saying we were blown away at how awesome this wedding was and how much we loved working with Arielle and Colin. We wish you both so many years of happiness!
