Bri and Jay both grew up on the east coast near water, so when they decided they wanted to have a destination wedding, they wanted to pick somewhere really different from where they lived. They settled on Santa Fe, where they traveled to frequently for vacation. It is also where Jay proposed, so the city holds a special place in Bri’s heart.
The couple wanted to honor where they grew up and lived on their wedding day, so they decided on a “Coast meets the Mountains” theme. Married at The Club at Las Campanas, they had most amazing mountainous backdrop in the distance. They had palm leaves included in their florals and their colors of cream and french blue had that very costal feel. Dinner was held under a tent with twinkle lights and baby’s breath chandeliers hung from the ceiling. After dinner and speeches, guests lined up with sparklers where the couple did a grand entrance to the party! They danced and partied with Diamond Empire Band before Rosita the tequila donkey made her debut. The night ended with a speakeasy casino style with a karaoke machine. To put it lightly, I think Bri and Jay’s guests had the best time ever!
