Caroline + Matt | A Spring Bloom Engagement Session at the Botanical Gardens | Albuquerque Wedding P

Caroline and Matt met in a real life fairytale. It was during their high school play, Cinderella, that their love story began. She was the princess in blue, and he was prince charming. Sparks flew on and off set, and after their last show, the two began dating.

The two moved south to Las Cruces where he joined the military, and she started school to become a teacher. After several year of being together, Matt took Caroline to the lantern fest, where he got down on one knee and asked for her hand. Caroline of course said yes to her actual prince charming, and started planning for their happily ever after.

We we’re so excited that this real life Cinderella wore blue to her engagement session because it made it just that much more magical! The pair were so sweet to one another as they explored around the botanical gardens together! And they were so sweet when we drove them down to a second location because we just HAD to get photos there!

We wanted to get them as many spring photos as we could before their winter wedding! The two chose to get married in January because they prefer the colder months and figured they’d like to be the most comfortable they can be! We think it’s also a great start to the new year!
