Kelsie and Xavier | Spring Blooms Engagement Session in Albuquerque

In the style of modern dating, Kelsie and Xavier met through social media. The pair shared the common interest of health and fitness, and this resulted in their first date taking place at the gym! After being together for some time, Xavier began to plan his proposal. With Kelsie’s whole family hidden and waiting for the couple in Old Town, (where they had a date one year prior,) he surprised her with a hired mariachi band and a gorgeous ring!

For their engagement photos, we were fortunately able to schedule them before New Mexico was officially put on lockdown, and thankfully it was right during the beginning of blossom season! Their session is bursting with springtime magic and glow, and we are so excited to share this fairytale-esque shoot on the blog! We also love how their outfits not only coordinated well together, but shot so beautifully in our lighter and more airy style.
